The Leadership Cohort (Flagship Program)
Deep, Transformational Leadership Training (32 hours over 8 weeks • Cost: $750)
Our cohort is a guided journey that brings early childhood leaders together for intensive, world-class training. Through modules taught by Dr. John Stahl-Wert, you’ll learn Serving Leader practices that inspire teams, strengthen programs, and sustain you as a leader.
The cohort blends online content with weekly live facilitation (2 hrs. per week) among your peer community. Coaching calls, led by Kimberly Tice, provide encouragement and practical coaching tailored to the unique challenges of early childhood leadership.

- Best for: Directors, assistant directors, managers, and emerging leaders seeking deeper skills and growth
- Community-based: Each Cohort brings together 10–15 individual registrants to develop their leadership skills alongside peers. Organizations may also request a dedicated Cohort for their own team.
