Leadership Cohort (Signature Program)
An 8-week, online, cohort-based leadership journey that blends structured learning, weekly live facilitation, and peer collaboration. Designed for directors, assistant directors, managers, and emerging leaders who want leadership tools they can apply immediately.

- Live sessions: Weekly, two hours (with two “Catch-Up and Connection” weeks)

Serving Leader Short Course (Self-Paced)
A practical, self-paced introduction to Serving Leader principles. Ideal for busy educators and leaders who want immediate tools and the flexibility to learn on their own schedule.

Leadership Cohort Investment
The full value of the SLI Leadership Cohort is $750, reflecting access to proven, world-class leadership development, high-quality materials, and small-group facilitation.
This same online cohort is offered by World Serving Leaders to business and government leaders at a retail value of $2,900. Through our partnership, early childhood leaders are able to access the cohort at a significantly reduced rate.
To honor both access and value, the following registration options are available through The Serving Leader Center (SCL).

Thanks to SCL scholarship support, limited assistance is available. Scholarships are offered using a trust-based approach.
While not required, participants are encouraged—when possible—to contribute an amount that feels reasonable for them as a way of demonstrating commitment to the learning experience. Contributions help sustain this work and support access for others.

What is the difference between the cohort and the short course?
The cohort includes weekly live facilitation and peer learning over 8 weeks. The short course is self-paced and can be completed on your schedule.
Will I receive a certificate or credit?
Participants receive a completion certificate. Includes Ohio Approved Credit.
