Kimberly Tice
Coaching calls are facilitated by Kimberly Tice, CEO and Founder of the Serving Leader Initiative, certified Serving Leader trainer, and former Executive Director of Ohio AEYC. Kimberly brings decades of experience across child care, Early Head Start, Head Start, family child care, and nonprofit leadership. She provides practical coaching and encouragement, creating a supportive space for early childhood leaders to apply Serving Leader practices to their real-world challenges.
